This Privacy Policy explains how Usenami ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use usenami.io and related services (the "Service").
Account data. When you sign in with email or Google OAuth, we store your email address, display name, and a hashed user ID. We do not store your Google password.
Usage data. We log requests to our APIs (endpoint, timestamp, IP-derived region, rate-limit counters) for security, abuse prevention, and capacity planning.
Preferences. Watchlists, alert rules, and dashboard settings you save are linked to your account.
Cookies. We use a small number of cookies for session management (Supabase Auth) and A/B experiments on the landing page. No third-party advertising cookies.
To authenticate you, deliver the features you request (alerts, backtests, watchlists), prevent abuse, improve the product, and communicate important service updates. We do not sell personal data, and we do not serve ads.

Funding rates, open interest, and price data displayed in the Service are aggregated from public exchange APIs. This data is about markets, not about you.
Account data is kept as long as your account is active. Request logs are retained for up to 90 days. If you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at the address below. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We use TLS in transit, encrypted storage at our providers, and principle-of-least-privilege access for the small team operating the Service. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site; the "Last updated" date at the top indicates the current version.
